A supportive programme for women starting out or returning to work after a break.
Career Reboot is designed for women who want to rebuild confidence, refresh skills and take practical steps towards employment, training or further development. Whether you are returning to work after caring responsibilities, starting out for the first time, or exploring a new direction, this programme meets you where you are.

- Access structured training pathways focused on the skills most in demand by employers, gaining relevant, up-to-date experience

- Free Ofsted registered childcare provided by Werton Group Nurseries for children under 5

- 1-1 meetings with experienced Employment Advisers
- Action Planning to support you into work
1. Attend Online Information Session to find out more.
Tuesday 10th February 11:00am – 12:00pm.
Attend this session to hear from our Employment team, our three Pathway trainers covering Digital Marketing, Bookkeeping with Xero and Fundraising, and our Ofsted Registered Werton Group Childcare Provider. An opportunity to hear all about our free programme for women and to have all your questions answered. Once you have confirmed, we will email you a Zoom Link for the session ahead of the date.
